  10. You must eat until you feel satisfied. Overeating is prohibited!
  11. The ideal period for following a chemical diet is seven days, so it is best to start losing weight on Monday.

Week four.

  4. Day IV.Enjoy the tomato and cucumber salad (to prepare this dish, take two vegetables of the types mentioned), chicken fillet - boiled or steamed (200 g), an orange and a piece of wholemeal bread.
  5. V-DayThroughout the day they eat chopped white cabbage (300 g), three small tomatoes, a two-egg omelet and a citrus fruit of any kind.
  6. Day VI.The daily menu consists of low-fat fine-grain cottage cheese (100 g), pulp of one orange and grapefruit, boiled chicken fillet (200 g) and the same amount of non-starchy vegetable salad.
  7. Day VII.His diet consists of steamed or baked fish (200 g), fresh tomato and cucumber salad, homemade cottage cheese (150 g) and a slice of Borodino bread.

Curd chemical diet

It will appeal to those who don't like eggs or are allergic to this food product. After completing the weight loss technique, it is realistic to gain weight from 15 to 20 kg. This effect can be achieved within a month of using the power system.
